I realized through the GO: Fitness coaching program that I was failing because I had no plan, no motivation and no accountability. The fitness workouts and nutrition plans are foolproof – everything is planned out and I started feeling results right away. My Coach made the workouts challenging but fun! Every time I conquered a completely new exercise, I truly felt proud of myself and wanted to do more!

My Coach would call me to keep me on track at first, but then I found myself coming in consistently, for me. As my energy rose, so did my motivation. In twelve weeks, I dropped over 29 lbs., 4 sizes, and gained more confidence to try keep going on to new goals! No more flailing with weight loss – – I have my health and am ready for new challenges!

Testimonials3When I decided to start coming to Go, my weight was at an all time high. I was already a member at a nearby fitness gym but was so uncomfortable by their rude, pushy staff that I rarely ever went. I cancelled my membership after my first workout with my personal trainer at Go.

Even though it was extremely tough, my personal trainer was supportive and pushed me to do what he knew I was capable of. When I first started out, I was physically and mentally in the worst shape of my life. I was having a hard time sleeping and I was never comfortable because I was so overweight. I was out of breath even tying my shoes. My low back started burning after standing for even a few minutes, and walking more than a few minutes caused my feet and legs to swell and my hips and back to ache constantly. As a nursing student, my clinical shifts were exhausting and unbearable and I was barely able to finish each shift. I was also depressed and embarrassed to leave the house because I was so ashamed at how overweight out of shape I was.

Now, after six weeks at Go, I have lost 18 pounds and 11 inches and I feel a million times better. My posture is better, my sleep is better, I’m happier than I’ve been all year and I am able not only to walk, but jog. I can lift weights I could never lift before and can finish the workout classes, compared to seeing spots after only a few minutes when I first started. My confidence has increased tremendously and I’m no longer ashamed to leave the house.

I know that I am going to achieve my fitness goals with the support I get from the Go Fitness staff. I am really comfortable at this fitness gym and I’ll never go anywhere else as long as I live in the Columbus area.
